Since then, Farzaneh has gone on to pay it forward, offering free yoga classes for cancer patients at Pasadena’s Yoga House. This episode truly reminds us that the real gift yoga gives is not a perfect yoga booty, but rather a profound sense of healing through mind, body, and spirit.
