As your greatest work is done on the inside. This podcast will help your direct all your precious energy inside to the place and space where you have greatest influence skillfully and safely. We will also reach up to connect with your higher power to help you reveal your unique healing path and become a bridge to the new growth you seek. We all need partners in our healing.
We will also discuss the concept of sanctuary and how your body, home, and places of sanctuary can provide strength that you can take with you as you face your bigger wounds.
Lastly, we will put these principles into practice with a guided healing meditation that will allow you to practice developing that inner sanctuary and connect to your healing partners.
