Jennifer Lowe-Anker, artist and author of the book "Forget Me Not", shares her story and insights on the podcast today. Your body struggle, or any kind of resistance that is showing up in your body, is a gift to show you - you have something within that needs healing. Your body is telling you, you are ready for change. You have the opportunity to align with your truth. Realizing this is huge! When we are faced with body struggles it is soooo easy to add more control, judgement, and obsession, and stay in that cycle of struggle. It is time to break free of that cycle. You are here for a reason. You are meant to heal from this pain, move past any resistance (big or small), so that you can align with your Truth, Higher Self, and Purpose. Like I said, you are here for a reason.
