When Billie was 19 her parents went through a divorce. She didn't see it coming, especially as the drama of the divorce and the resulting custody battle unfolded. Billie and her brothers were heartbroken. Their worlds were completely rocked. At the time, she was all too aware of the role her parents’ attorneys played during this life-changing transition for everyone. Their divorce changed the course of her life. That’s when she knew then she wanted to be a family law attorney. What she does as a family law attorney affects people’s lives, and the lives of their children for decades and she absolutely loves it.
