So to kick off (and as little bonus episodes along the way) I thought, while taking my little sausage dog Fred for a walk, to record some ramblings.
I’ll do this periodically to run along side the weekly main podcast.
It’ll just be me chatting to myself about how i’m feeling at that particular time. It may be nothing or there may be something heavy on my mind.
