Hello and welcome to today’s guided journey - a meditation to reconnect you with your sense of intuition. I hope that it will connect you to your innate guidance.

We’re focusing on balancing Ajna, your third eye chakra.

The third eye chakra, also known as Ajna, is considered to be the sixth chakra in the body. This chakra is said to be located in the centre of your head, parallel to the middle of your eyebrows. It's believed to be linked to perception, awareness, and spiritual communication.

A blocked Third Eye can wreak havoc on your physical well-being. Since this energy centre governs the pituitary gland and neurological function, your body’s ability to fight infection, regulate sleep, and maintain balanced metabolic function is compromised. As a result, you may find you are frequently sick, suffer from insomnia, or develop high blood pressure.

Additional physical signs of a Third Eye chakra blockage are:

  • migraines
  • sinusitis
  • seizures
  • poor vision
  • sciatica

By unblocking the third eye chakra, we raise our consciousness and our ability to intuit.

This is the penultimate instalment of a special series of meditations that I have created to help bring balance and calm to your day. If you're discovering this series for the first time, I would suggest you scroll a few episodes down and begin with the Root Chakra guided meditation, since energy rises up, it is best to begin there.

In this series, I take you through 7 unique journeys. These are centred around the bio-electromagnetic system - aka the Chakra system.

Make yourself as comfortable as you can, taking a few deep breaths to centre your being.

You can pause and resume when you’re ready to begin.

I wish you an enlightening practice.

With Infinite light,

Minal

Hello beautiful being,
Welcome to today’s episode – a meditation to help you reconnect with your personal power. I hope that this will help spark your inner flame and willpower to go after that which you truly desire.

Today we’re focusing on balancing Manipura, your solar plexus chakra.

Located in the upper belly at the diaphragm, it acts as the seat of your personal power. This chakra governs personality, ego, and identity, as well as personal freedom and authenticity.

The solar plexus chakra also has much to do with motivation, willpower, and purpose, which stem from one’s sense of personal efficacy, self-confidence and how they view the self.

An imbalance in the life force energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra can lead to an excessive need for control, a victim mentality, and feelings of helplessness, as well as insecurity and inauthenticity.

This imbalance can manifest physically in gastric or digestive issues like stomach ulcers, heartburn, nausea and a loss of appetite. With the more serious conditions being diabetes and various eating disorders.

So, by bringing into balance the energy of the solar plexus chakra, we reignite the sacred element of fire which alchemises and transmutes all nourishment, ideas and thoughts into physical sustenance and creation.
This episode continues the special series of meditations that I have created to help bring balance and calm to your day. Look out for these every alternate week.

In this series, I’ll be taking you through 7 unique journeys. These will be centred around the bio-electromagnetic system - aka the Chakra system.

Please be sure to make yourself as comfortable as you can, before beginning today’s journey.

Making sure to sit with your back straight, and propping yourself up on a cushion or a chair if that helps. Taking a few deep intentional breaths to hone your awareness.

You can hit pause now and resume when you’re ready to begin.

I wish you an uplifting practice.

With infinite light,
Minal

Hello light being, welcome to today’s guided journey - a meditation to help you step into your soul’s expansion.

If you’re discovering this series for the first time, I would like to guide you, to begin with one of the earlier journeys before coming back to this one. This series is an exploration of the chakra system, which distributes the flow of prana or energy throughout your subtle body. Stress, illness, emotional upset, or conflict all can cause blockages or imbalance in your chakra system. And since all of the seven chakras are interconnected, when one chakra experiences a blockage or imbalance, it affects all the others. This disruption of energy can cause your mind, body, and spirit to suffer.

Over the course of this series of guided meditations, we have cleared many energetic blockages to reach this point the crown chakra and as energy rises from the root upwards, it is best to begin there with the root chakra. Simply scroll back to the beginning a few episodes down below, on the listings to catch up.

So, with that said, let’s begin.

Today, we’re closing this series of guided journeys with Sahasrara, your crown chakra.

Also known as “the bridge to the cosmos.” It is the most spiritual in nature of all seven chakras. Located above the crown of the head, it acts as the individual's centre of spirit, enlightenment, wisdom, universal consciousness, and connection to higher guidance.

In a sense, the crown chakra is our highest potential. It governs interaction & communication with the universe, one’s senses of inspiration & devotion, union with the higher self & the divine, and deeper understanding; simultaneously, it is responsible for a healthy spiritual life.

The crown chakra allows for the experiences of unity and universal connectedness, as well as the integration of the whole.

If the crown chakra is out of balance or plagued by stuck energy, a range of emotional cues can act as red flags pointing in the direction of the problem. Common indicators of trouble with the crown chakra include difficulty meditating, difficulty feeling connected, and spiritual disinterest, as well as boredom, feeling antsy with the mundane, not feeling connected to one’s purpose or wisdom, or desiring complete isolation.

Perhaps the strongest signs of an unbalanced crown chakra are depression, apathy, and scepticism and in some cases lethargy. Meanwhile, others include stubbornness, excessive sarcasm, and narrow-mindedness.

So, by working to balance the energies of the crown chakra, we can enhance our mental and spiritual intellect. The energy of the Crown Chakra is supplied by the other six chakras. And this is the reason it is important to work on the lower six chakras to effectively activate the Crown Chakra.

This episode is the final instalment of this special series of meditations I created to help bring balance and calm to your days. If you have followed this far and want to continue to step into your expansion in much greater depth, either by working 1:1 or as a part of my group offering The Soulprint, you can apply today, simply Direct message me the word ‘Expansion’ over on IG @intuitsoulsalon OR send an email to [email protected].

The Soulprint is a 7-week journey through which I will share with you the exact tools, rituals and self-healing and regulation pratcies you need to embody your fully human self; mind, body, heart and spirit. It helps you rediscover the essence of your most authentic and empowered self, to initiate deep healing and step into the highest version of yourself. so

Now, make yourself as comfortable as you can, taking a few deep breaths to centre your being.

You can hit pause and resume when you’re ready to begin.

My wish is that it will help

Hello and welcome to today’s guided journey - a meditation to open the heart. I hope that it will clear any blockages in the giving and receiving of love.

We’re focusing on balancing Anahata, your heart chakra.

Located at the centre of the spine, at the heart level, this chakra governs your senses of trust, courage, peace and gratitude, as well as emotional equilibrium, and love for oneself.

It is the fourth of the seven chakras, making it the exact halfway point of the system and the unifier of the physical and spiritual energy centres. By connecting the lower three chakras — the root, sacral, and solar plexus — with the upper three chakras — the throat, third eye, and crown — the heart chakra acts as the bridge between the earth and spirit.

An imbalance in the life force energy of the Heart Chakra can lead to a dependence on others for fulfilment, jealousy, high expectations of others, harsh judgement and a constant seeking external validation.

This imbalance can manifest physically in a lowered immune system (causing colds, flu, infections), heart and lung issues including poor circulation, high/low blood pressure, and respiratory and breathing difficulties.

So, by calling in deep healing, forgiveness and compassion we are able to make space for love in our lives in all its forms.

This episode continues the special series of meditations that I have created to help bring balance and calm to your day. Look out for these every alternate week.

In this series, I’ll be taking you through 7 unique journeys. These will be centred around the bio-electromagnetic system - aka the Chakra system.

Now, make yourself as comfortable as you can and sit with your back straight using a pillow or cushion to ensure your spine is fully erect and supported.

You can hit pause now and resume when you’re ready to begin.

And, take a few deep intentional breaths, becoming aware as each breath floods your system with nourishing life force energy.

I wish you a nourishing practice.

With Infinite light,

Minal
