Through voracious research, coaching experimentation and coaching, she created HypnoBreathwork® - a breakthrough method to clear energetic patterns, reprogram subconscious beliefs & take intuitive action to create the life you want.

We’ll discuss the difference between a vision and a goal, how to get clear on your 90 day goals and you learn what’s causing you to procrastinate! Becoming You Podcast - Are You Putting On Your Own Oxygen Mask First? | BE Moments
play

02/26/20 • 13 min

How often do you stay up late to catch up on housework or emails or to get ahead of the long to do list? Then wake up tired, feeling like just a little more sleep is needed? And suddenly, you’re already behind for the day and week?

So you skip the workout, or the walk or hurry to grab something quick instead of preparing yourself something nourishing? I know I do that ALL the time. While I eat healthy and can tell you 100 reasons to meditate, when my own life gets hectic, which is ALL OF THE TIME, the first things to suffer are my movement, my sleep and giving myself the spaciousness of meditation or free time.

In fact, I did that last night! I stayed up too late and woke up feeling behind. Feeling rushed and frantic today.....totally in the DO state, I forced myself to slow down. I pulled an oracle card by Rebecca Campbell - Deep Replenishment. Retreat. Rest. Be Held.

And I spent some time really thinking and reflecting on Why we must fill/nourish/support ourselves first. When we are running on empty, in our do state, we are looking for other things and people to refuel us. If you’ve ever flown with a child, the flight attendant always reminds you to put on your mask first.

  1. You can’t support others if you aren’t supporting yourself first.
  2. When your inner well isn’t full, we look to other things to fill it
  3. Do you ask yourself, what nourishes me? What gives me joy?. What replenishes me? What does that deep replenishment look like?

Create a deep replenishment menu. What are the simple things you can do that nourish your soul, that refill your cup and that make you feel rested in every sense?

Becoming You Podcast - How To Brain Dump that Monkey Mind | BE Moment
play

10/16/19 • 11 min

My super power is seeing the opportunity in everything. And that’s also my kryptonite!!

The normal person with a to do list, obligations, household task and a social life already feels pretty overwhelmed! You add on to that being an entrepreneur and you can fall into a black hole of options and opportunity that’s SO overwhelming!

Monkey mind is a Buddhist term meaning "unsettled; restless; capricious; whimsical; fanciful; inconstant; confused; indecisive; uncontrollable".

  1. Brain Dump It - literally write down everything. Business ideas, people to send birthday cards to, household tasks. anything that has been bothering you.... get it on paper.
    1. It takes a LOT of processing to have all these windows open on your mental computer. It leads to ...
    2. What are important and urgent?
    3. What can you put in the “parking lot” - for a rainy day.
  2. Important + Urgent OR parking lot
    1. See the patterns emerge.
    2. Categorize into action steps
  3. Categorize those important and urgent.....
    1. Cleaning your desk IS NOT one of them!!
  4. What could you do TODAY to eliminate some noise?
  5. What can you do THIS WEEK? THE FOLLOWING WEEK?

This will give you mental space, focus on what should be done first and a clear path to do it. Most importantly, it creates SPACIOUSNESS for you to get into flow.

Becoming You Podcast - Clearing Space, Creating Clarity | BE Moment
play

08/21/19 • 7 min

Anyone else feel a bit overwhelmed by clutter? In your calendar, in your house, in your life? Where you don't feel like you can catch a breath? Or like you need to first clean and make room before you start anything new? Or worse, you feel like you don’t start anything because you've got so much going on, you can't figure out where to start?⁣

And even organized clutter is still clutter!⁣

I'd been feeling a bit stuck on a few projects (my book and some of my business pursuits) because there was SO MUCH going on.....and my office was a reflection of that! And despite multiple attempts to get things organized and to get rid of things I didn't need, I kept making excuses of why I needed to keep something (and then basically reorganized new piles). ⁣

Even though my office might look somewhat neat to a stranger, it was mirroring my life, books overflowing the bookshelves (yes, color coordinated), thank you cards to be mailed under my desk and the closet, oh, the closet....years of Christmas Cards I would someday create an album out of!

The team from Put Together Place came in a few weeks ago and literally, did magic! I can't explain how much lighter I feel, how much I love the new space and how inspired I am to work in it! ⁣

Three things I learned and now believe about creating space!⁣

  1. Empty space isn't just physical, it's mental. ⁣

As they hauled out boxes of books, redundant electronics and even fancy dresses I no longer need, I could just FEEL the space in my mind as well. I sat down and edited my book.....finishing in two hours what I thought would take 12!⁣

  1. Hire a professional. We are too attached to our clutter, whether it's commitments, books, photos, or even relationships.⁣

I had attempted to do it before on my own, but I was too close to the clutter, too attached. Sometimes, someone further away can see the picture more clearly. And they LOVE doing this (I do not)!⁣ And when you see someone else holding your stuff with no emotional attachment, it is SO much easier to LET IT GO.

  1. Don't underestimate how quickly space can be opened and what it will allow room for!⁣

The team finished more in one day than I could have done on my own in a week (because I would have been constantly distracted)! And more importantly, when it was done, I felt a total energetic flow! I finished my book, took care of a few other items that had been on my to do list and I wanted to KEEP going! I feel SUCH room for the goals I have this year, instead of wondering how I'm going to accomplish them with everything I have going on!

I just got back from 10 days of travel, inspired and ready to dive into some projects. Coming home to an organized, minimalist-ish office means no overwhelm. That space creates clarity. ANd clarity creates action.

Once you create the space, resist the urge to fill it back up! One thing we rarely schedule time for is the time to breathe, to think, to BE.

Becoming You Podcast - Will You Struggle Because or Succeed Despite? | BE Moment
play

01/22/20 • 8 min

Are you choosing to struggle BECAUSE of your limitations or to grow DESPITE them?

I had to ask myself that Sunday night. My nanny came down sick with the flu in one of the most important weeks in my year.

I had set aside all Monday to prepare for a keynote speech and workshop I was giving Tuesday for one of the largest accounting firms in the nation.

The rest of the week, was finishing the last few edits on my book and running a healthy gut challenge in my wellness business.

Suddenly, my 30+ hours of time to spend on these things disappeared. And I had some choices.

To say "this always happens" and complain about the lack of resources that week.....or to get resourceful.

I chose......

  1. To ask for help. An incredible mama friend, Rachaell Mondino, watched Luca all afternoon while I was at my speaking engagement. I asked my housecleaner to watch Valentina.
  2. To lower my expectations.....of myself. I didn't have the 8 hours I expected to run through my speech, which was a new keynote. Instead of focusing on perfection, I focused on what would serve my audience the best. And put on blinders to the household tasks that weren't going to get done.
  3. To get extremely focused. I knew I had about 90 minutes a day during my best hours when Luca was at school and Valentina was napping. I did the most important things first and saved the shallow work items like responding to emails for the evening.

While we miss our super nanny like crazy, this week has been a gift. It's reminded me I can be scrappy, focused, grateful and that a positive mindset and resourcefulness will always prevail when life happens!

Let's chat about my recent seven-figure Mastermind retreat. I was torn between wanting rest and needing to attend, but the growth and insights gained were immeasurable. Dive in with me as we discuss balancing our wants and needs and the profound power of surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals.

Key Topics:

1. Balancing Wants & Needs: Trusting intuition to recognize deeper necessities.

2. Power of Like-minded Individuals: The unity in diverse goals and mutual growth.

3. Asking For What You Need: Experiencing the magic of expressing and receiving.

4. Value of Informal Conversations: Clarity from unexpected interactions and moments.

5. Pushing Boundaries: The essence of stepping out and embracing discomfort.

Questions to Ponder:

1. When did you last prioritize a 'need' over a 'want', and what growth followed?

2. How have like-minded individuals elevated your journey of personal and professional growth?

3. Think about a time when an unplanned conversation shifted your perspective or decision-making. What was the revelation?
