258 - Reflect, Release, and Anchor 2024 Lessons Before Thinking About the New Year

12/30/24 • 39 min

Be You Podcast

Join Jill in this final episode of 2024 of Be YOU as she invites you into a truly reflective space, guiding you through wrapping up this year with heart and intention and moving into the new year. As the holiday season comes to a close, listen as Jill highlights why it's important to engage in self-care, setting boundaries, and honoring the lessons that you may have learned over this year.

Instead of rushing immediately into New Year's resolutions as many of us tend to do, Jill encourages listeners to pause and release whatever it is that no longer serves you, express gratitude for lessons learned, and of course celebrate the wins and positive memories that so many of us tend to overlook.

Jill focuses on reflection and release – two incredibly important steps to help ensure a clean slate going into the new year. She welcomes listeners to a calming ritual which guides you to pause, breathe, and reflect on your own personal experiences over this last year, and she invites everyone to take a moment and reflect, to ground, and to clear space for what's to come in 2025. Tune in as Jill offers a combination of practical steps and suggestions, including but not limited to how to go through old photos and reflect on the year and also how to categorize experiences into lessons learned, things that need to be let go of, and memories to anchor onto!

259 - The Magical Question for 2025

Happy 2025, and welcome to the first episode of Be YOU of the new year! Jill invites listeners to join her on this intimate reflection of 2024 and look forward to our current year. Drawing inspiration from her annual practice and, of course, her insights from 2024, Jill asks listeners a single transformative question: What do you want more of in 2025?

Listen in as she begins by revisiting her 2024 theme - Queen Bee Energy – and shares how it worked its way into her 2024 in unexpected ways. She reflects on the year’s defining themes, including a renewed focus on health, nature, and deep connections with family and close friends, and through honest stories, she highlights the especially important lessons and wins that are often overlooked.

Jill also reflects on having hosted seven successful events, discussing trauma and somatic studies and exploring spiritual practices such as family constellations and psilocybin journeys. She enforces the value of creating space for yourself and others via decluttering and purging relationships that are no longer serving you – all in order to welcome what truly fits into your current season of life.

Jill encourages listeners to honor their journeys, celebrate small victories, and embrace the unknown, taking on 2025 with hope and strength, so whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, or creativity in 2025, this episode is a great guide to stepping into the new year with intention and openness!
