This is indeed the case, but there are other aspects of our consumption that have a significant impact on our quality of life: what we watch, what we read, and what we listen to. By measuring the quality of what we consume in each of these domains, we give ourselves an opportunity to make the proper adjustments to our consumption habits that will help us maintain optimal mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
