- Beth Benhart - Senior Director of Instructional Design - Beth began her career in secondary education and made the switch to the corporate world after earning her Master’s in Educational Technology from Michigan State University. She has spent the last six years of her career developing training programs for insurance and risk management professionals. Beth has experience with all facets of learning and development including corporate training, learning management system (LMS) administration and instructional design. She is passionate about leveraging innovative eLearning strategies and tools to create on-demand training experiences for adult learners.
- Jay Williams, CIC, CRM, CRIS, MLIS, AIP, AAI, ACSR- Head of Faculty & Academic Development - Jay is the Head of Faculty & Academic Development for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. In his role, he is responsible for all faculty and Educational Consultants, as well as overseeing curriculum development by our Academic Directors. He also oversees curricula for our Agency Operations, Agency Management, and Insurance Company Operations programs. He is an Educational Consultant and a member of our National Faculty, teaching CISR, CIC, Ruble Graduate Seminars, and PROFocus events.
