Audice Wellness Services - Self-hypnosis session to balance the right and left brain
play

02/25/23 • 60 min

The concept of brain lateralization in psychology describes the relationship between right-brain function and left-brain function. Neuropsychologist Roger Sperry developed the concept after winning the Nobel Peace Prize in 1981. Sperry demonstrated that the right and left sides of the brain are responsible for different types of thinking. It is possible to alter suggestibility through hypnotherapy or ideomotor desensitization, but we are prone to returning to literal thinking in everyday life.

Individuals who tend to think in the left brain and those whose daily lives require a left-brained presence have found it highly effective long-term to engage in integrative right hemisphere brainwave activity, daily meditation and self-hypnosis, which stimulate the integration of right hemisphere brainwaves.

This audio contains monaural beats that synchronize the left and right hemispheres. As a result, the midbrain becomes activated, increasing consciousness and awareness.

Balancing the right and left brain can improve your overall cognitive function, allowing you to achieve your goals more easily and live a more fulfilling life.

Balancing the right and left brain has several advantages:

  • Enhanced creativity: The right brain is responsible for creativity, imagination, and intuition. When it is balanced with the left brain, it can enhance your ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas.
  • Improved problem-solving skills: The left brain is responsible for logical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving. When it is balanced with the right brain, it can improve your ability to solve problems by helping you see things from different perspectives and think outside the box.
  • Better decision-making: By balancing the right and left brain, you can improve your decision-making skills by considering your logical reasoning and intuitive sense.
  • Increased productivity: By tapping into the full potential of both the right and left brain, you can increase your productivity by focusing on details while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
  • Reduced stress and anxiety: Balancing the right and left brain can also help reduce stress and anxiety by allowing you to approach challenges more calmly.

Audice Wellness Services - Guided Spirit of Christmas Hypnotherapy for Children
play

12/10/22 • 59 min

Please enjoy this hypnotherapy session for children for the Christmas season, which uses the spirit of Christmas to help them in their own unique and special way. This session is appropriate for all age groups.

In this holiday-specific hypnotherapy session, the child is guided through a body scan and relaxation, which will help the child gently fall asleep. An emphasis is placed at the beginning of the audio on self-esteem and letting go of the year's negativity as part of the child therapy program. When the tree grows, your child can let go of their worries and allow them to be taken away from them.

With the tree growing, your child can let go of their worries and allow them to be taken away from them during therapy. The child will have the opportunity to meet Santa in a magical forest at the end of the session. While the child is deeply relaxed, they will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes, fears, and gifts with Santa. The audio ends with Christmas positive affirmations as the child is having a night's sleep. Positive affirmations can boost children's energy levels and mood. This type of support is essential for children since they are constantly confronted with challenges that can deprive them of the joy of living.

I wish you a happy holiday for your family and loved ones.

Merry Christmas!

We enter and exit hypnotic states daily, and hypnotherapy is a natural state. Similar to watching a great movie or reading a good book, it is a feeling of focused attention. At all times, hypnotherapy is self-hypnotherapy, meaning the listener is in control. Children's hypnotherapy should not be construed as medical advice or treatment but rather to facilitate positive growth.

Audice Wellness Services - Hypnotherapy to treat asthma in children
play

12/08/22 • 62 min

This script was originally written by Dr. David Mason for a 10-year-old boy suffering from frequent asthma attacks. The script helped the boy believe in his magical powers and stopped his attacks by imagining himself in an exotic place (India) with the help of a snake charmer. In order to make the script more culturally inclusive, I edited it to apply to all children without gender specifications, including LGBTQQIP2SAA.
