In this episode I go over what I've been up to the last 8 months, where the podcast & business are headed in the future, and give some context around why I believe you need to train for performance.
I discuss the importance of focusing on performance in training and why it is a healthier approach than solely focusing on aesthetics. I share some of my personal journey and how I shifted my mindset from bodybuilding to training for performance. I emphasize the benefits of training for a specific task and how it can lead to a more fulfilling and enjoyable fitness journey. I also highlights the importance of building a community and setting goals to create a snowball effect of wins.
