One thing that I admire about the Yuma community is the fitness community. The trainers, coaches, teachers, local gyms and studios here all care for not just the physical well-being of their clients, but them as a whole. I was lucky enough to start working with Adly Juarez last year as my personal trainer at B1 Elite Fitness and she helped me tremendously with regaining strength in my body to ease my chronic knee pain. In this episode we talk about her training philosophy, how to find balance with fitness and self care, the importance of nutrition and the amazing improvements in your quality of life when you are active.

Welcome back to another episode of Anything Flows! With the start of a new year, I wanted to reflect on all the achievements and challenges I experienced in 2023 and share the goals, intentions and visions I have for 2024. This is our year!
The one word that I'm choosing to light my path this year is "community." Community is what has given me countless opportunities to serve and offer support and collaboration so that we all live rich and fulfilling lives. I welcome anyone to join me for yoga at I Am Wellness Studio or Studio Y to dive deeper into this beautiful community. I'm so grateful to do what I do for a living. Being a health coach is truly a meaningful and impactful role. As a yoga teacher, I also have the privilege to help others in the healing and soothing of their mind, body and soul.
