In today’s episode, we put the WORK in BREATH WORK! Mindfulness practices like meditation, yoga and breath work help to cultivate a focused and non-judgemental awareness of the present moment, noticing your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. We tend to live in the present moment while also being stuck in the past or thinking about the future. It’s natural for our mind to escape the present moment or wonder when we practice mindfulness. The goal is not to shut off thinking, rather to strengthen our muscle of mindfulness and gently bring ourselves back to the present moment. Try out these 5 practices and let me know what you think!

Welcome back to another episode of Anything Flows! With the start of a new year, I wanted to reflect on all the achievements and challenges I experienced in 2023 and share the goals, intentions and visions I have for 2024. This is our year!
The one word that I'm choosing to light my path this year is "community." Community is what has given me countless opportunities to serve and offer support and collaboration so that we all live rich and fulfilling lives. I welcome anyone to join me for yoga at I Am Wellness Studio or Studio Y to dive deeper into this beautiful community. I also offer opportunities for personalized support through 1:1 health coaching, yoga and private events.
