All Things Fitness and Wellness - Dr. Michael Hosking: Merging Mindfulness, GLP-1s, and the Neuroscience of Exercise
Transcript
distracted fitness shares the belief that exercise sucks, but you got to do it in order to get hot. So we're going to make a party. We're going to make it distracting with loud music and screaming instructors, a dance party on a bike, flashing lights so that you get through it. And then over time, you'll have that hot body and then you'll be happy so I came into this industry not knowing any of this about fitness because I wasn't a fitness person.
