With mental health awareness on the rise, it is somewhat ironic how alone one can feel in a world that is so connected. We are here to tell you that you are not alone, more than 300 million people are diagnosed with Clinical Depression worldwide. We discuss the different types and causes of depression, it’s many possible symptoms, our experiences, and ways to show support to a loved one that may be battling.
