It’s a blatant attempt to get men to jump on the weight loss wagon, which as we know is doomed to fall off a cliff! Diet culture is definitely turning up the heat on the male body, and far from being a positive force on our boys and men, we’re seeing a huge increase in disordered eating. The truth is, the weight loss industry and diet culture is incredibly harmful to men, women, and all of us in between. Don’t miss this awesome conversation!
