#048 | Top 10 Challenges when Introducing Agile and What You Can Do About Them
Today, we're going to be talking about all things Agile, Agile, and challenges faced in adopting Agile, introducing Agile, or applying Agile. The reason why I thought to share this topic today and discuss it in more detail is that, through conversations with many different people around the world, it seems that there is an abundance of challenges when applying Agile or looking to introduce.
I thought that I would share some of those and give some insights or ideas as to how to address them or think about them maybe in a different way because I don't think that these challenges are unique. They are common in a number of different organizations. Some of them are familiar depending on where in the organization that Agile is being applied.
In this episode I share with you 10 Agile challenges, and for you to think about them and see whether they are actually, in fact, impacting the organization that you are working in, at the moment, or your team's impact. I think that each of the challenges is going to apply and affect each organization and their teams differently. But see if you can notice recurring themes amongst some of the challenges, as we talk through them.
