Working Through Shame
If you feel shame when you want to take some time for yourself, then you're not alone. As I've experimented with adding journaling to my routine over the past two weeks, I also uncover the shame I feel when I take pause to write. In my mind, it "shouldn't" be a big deal, so why exactly is it I carry shame around this one simple self-care routine?
If you listened to my episode about how Pausing is Hard and decided to add journaling to your routine, let me know how it's going. And if you're just getting started, no problem - it's never to late to start!

Representation Matters
It's the 2nd week of may, which means we're continuing with Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month in The U.S. and Asian Heritage Month in Canada!
In this episode, I talk about what representation means to me within the sphere of mental health, within the Asian community, in the ADHD community, and why it's important that under-represented communities need to be heard.
& I'm calling all my Asian friends with ADHD from around the world - - let's talk! Send me an email and get in touch: [email protected]
