In fact. I would argue that if you don't have your mental wellness as your #1 priority, your physical wellness will decline because of it.⁠

But we need to focus on the positives of this situation!!⁠

This episode is such a timely message right now because I heard a few statistics the other day that FLOORED ME.⁠

There was a study recently conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation that found the following:⁠

✖️45% of Americans are being impacted by mental wellness issues.⁠
✖️39% increase in anti-anxiety medications.⁠
✖️19% increase in anti-depressants⁠

I believe there is another phase of the pandemic - and that is the effect this pandemic will have on our long-term mental health.⁠

This episode tackles a SOLUTION to the problem!!⁠
