I created this podcast—a safe, empowering space for survivors to share their stories, heal out loud, and connect through honest conversations. We honor deep healing while also making room for laughter, lightness, and moments of joy. Many guests say being on the show felt like chatting with a friend who truly understands. As a survivor of physical, financial, sexual, and psychological abuse, I know what it’s like to feel silenced, devalued, and lost. Back then, terms like gaslighting, narcissism, and love bombing weren’t common, making it even harder to spot toxic patterns.
My mission is to empower others by sharing my journey and helping people recognize the critical difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships.
My goal is to offer support, spread awareness, and remind each listener that they are worthy of respect, safety, and real love. Together, we’re breaking the silence, rewriting the narrative, and rediscovering our strength—one story at a time.
Join our Rewired & Inspired community every Thursday, because you’re never alone in this process. Transformation starts here.

Everyone seems to have an ex who’s a narcissist—but some partners go beyond toxic. They’re strategic, manipulative, and criminal in everything but name. We dissect lovebombs, smear campaigns, custody chaos, and post-breakup mind games—alongside viral dating drama, culty relationship advice, and the red flags we laugh about too late. If you’re questioning your past, fighting to be heard, or starting to see the setup, you’re not imagining it. This is The Lovebombed.TM
It wasn’t true love. It was TRUE CRIME.TM

Dismissed True Stories is a survivor-led podcast that dares to break the silence around domestic violence. Each episode shares the raw, unfiltered realities of what abuse really looks like. From the overlooked red flags to the moments of escape, and everything in between.
Created by a survivor-turned-advocate, (with a broadcasting background) DTS is where stories once silenced are now spoken, loudly, honestly, and without apology. We’re not here to sensationalize abuse, we’re here to humanize survivors.
Whether we’re hearing directly from survivors, families impacted by loss, or exploring true stories through deep-dives into the justice system, this podcast holds space for truth, healing, and community.
Because every story dismissed deserves to be heard.
And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is finally tell your own.
Survivor-led. Heart-led. Truth-led.
#DismissedTrueStories | A podcast for survivors, by survivors.
Sharing stories and speaking with experts, we’ll dig into the experiences that dismiss our truths and undermine our knowing.
Join educator and coach, Jessica Hornstein, as we learn how to better validate ourselves and others so, together, we can all feel a little less crazy.
There are at least two sides to every conflict, and when it's between divorced or separated parents, sparks can fly. In each episode, co-parenting experts Diane Dierks and Rick Voyles answer listener questions and talk about the benefits and risks of letting go vs. holding on to the conflict in a variety of complex topics facing co-parents today. Do you hold on for the sake of the children or let go for the same reason? Episodes are released every Sunday at noon. Listeners can email [email protected] and pose a question/dilemma that may be answered on an upcoming episode. What do you do when the other parent won't be flexible with the parenting schedule? How do you respond to a co-parent who is constantly blowing up your phone with texts? Is it really important to talk to your children when they are at the other parent's house? And what about the parent who won't share important information with you about the children? Do you give in to the other parent's antics or should you hold your ground? Get answers to these questions and more on Co-Parent Dilemmas, wherever you get your podcasts.

Narcissism expert Dr Supriya McKenna tackles head on the issues that occur when divorcing a narcissistic personality type. In this podcast she is often joined by veteran UK solicitor Karin Walker.
In this podcast Dr Supriya offers up her years of experience working in this field, whilst interviewing a variety of allied professionals to also bring you their advice and expertise.
A former family doctor, Supriya is a best selling author in the field of narcissism.
Her new 2024 book, the first of her 'Narcissists in Divorce' series, is now available from Audible as an audiobook, as well as in paperback and Kindle formats. It's called Narcissists in Divorce: From Love-Locked to Leaving, and it will teach you how to assess whether your partner is a true narcissist. With easy-to-read case histories and in-depth questionnaires, you’ll learn about narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), and how to deconstruct narcissistic behaviours. You'll discover the predictable divorce and separation behaviours to expect from a narcissist, and their impact on you and your children.
You’ll also learn why these relationships are so difficult to break free from, and why you may be struggling. With guidance to help you decide whether or not to leave your relationship, you’ll also learn essential strategies to build your resilience – regardless of what choice you ultimately make.
The second book in the series - Narcissists in Divorce: From Leaving to Liberty – The Truth, The Whole Truth and Nothing But The Truth is also out now. Supriya felt compelled to write it after becoming aware of the many important legal and post-separation issues that had not been dealt with in her 2021 book, Divorcing a Narcissist: The Lure, The Loss and the Law.
Exposing the dangerous inadequacies of family justice systems across the world, From Leaving to Liberty is an in depth, holistic, no nonsense guide to navigating child-related and financial issues that occur during divorce. It details how to minimize and deal with post separation abuse, how to parent alongside a narcissist, and how to make up for the deficiencies of the narcissistic parent to protect your children. Legal strategies for both the finances and children issues are covered in detail, as are physiological hacks to help you cope with the divorce process, which, sadly, is abusive in itself. Dr Supriya even covers how to recognize and deal with narcissistic divorce lawyers; how exactly to find a lawyer who can help you; court ordered psychological evaluations; and much much more.
Supriya has trained thousands of family law professionals in how to manage narcissistic divorces.
For online courses, including 'Is my Partner a Narcissist?' and 'Demystifying The Narcissist' online courses, visit DoctorSupriya.com. And for more resources, and to contact Dr Supriya, please do visit TheLifeDoctor.org.

Has your child gone no contact with you? Have you gone no contact with your parents? Many of us rush into relationships, only to later realize we chose the wrong partner. If we’re lucky, we can walk away without children involved. But when kids are in the mix, they often bear the deepest wounds from unhealthy relationships.
This podcast dives into relationships, parenting, trauma, and mental healing—while also emphasizing the importance of intentional parenthood. We’ll discuss how past wounds shape our choices, how to break toxic cycles, and how to prepare—mentally, emotionally, and relationally—before bringing children into the world. Because parenting isn’t just about raising kids; it’s about becoming the kind of person who can raise emotionally healthy, well-adjusted adults.

🎙 From Fear to Love: The Science & Spirituality of Trauma Healing, Nervous System Regulation & Embodied Wealth 🫶
You’re not blocked — you’re carrying stories your soul came here to transmute.
What shows up as burnout, self-sabotage, or fear of visibility isn’t personal failure.
It’s ancient survival coding inherited through your nervous system, lineage, and unprocessed trauma — coding that was never designed to hold wealth, expansion, or sovereign leadership.
For generations, intuitive women, healers, and visionary leaders have carried unspoken wounds around safety, wealth, and being fully seen.
Today, science validates what mystics have always known: trauma leaves biochemical imprints that shape how you experience leadership, prosperity, and success.
This podcast merges science and spirituality to calibrate your nervous system for wealth, visibility, and soul-led leadership — so you can expand sustainably, without burnout or energetic collapse.
Inside each episode, you’ll be guided to:
✨ Heal beyond mindset — into deep somatic recalibration
✨ Regulate your nervous system for sovereign expansion
✨ Break generational scarcity and survival codes
✨ Release ancestral trauma stored in your field
✨ Build embodied wealth & long-term business stability
✨ Anchor soul-led leadership without self-sacrifice
This is wealth as spiritual service.
This is leadership through regulation.
This is your remembrance of sovereign success.
You are not broken.
You are remembering who you always were.
And now, it’s safe to rise.
