Mental health isn't just mental illness, it's in everything we do. There are ups and downs, it's beautiful and messy, and at the end of the day, life's a wreck. Thing is, that wreck is what makes us 'US' and isn't that worth celebrating? A layered and rich wreck of emotions, nuance and stories, all culminating in very human experiences. We believe that conversations surrounding mental health deserve to leave the tall shadow of stigma and have their moment in the limelight. Life's a Wreck aims to be a museum of mental health, a parlour to the people, a place to celebrate all things mental, curating the stories of others and examining a world hidden behind stigma with a joyous curiosity and passion for storytelling. Join Kyle Moore around our proverbial campfire to share stories about the world we live in looked at through the lens of mental health. This is Life's a Wreck.

The Big Black Bear is my entity that arrives when my mental health slips. Everyone has their own version. I want to chat, openly, to people about their own BBB!

I’ll be chatting with old friends, new friends and trying to learn with every conversation.

It may be a bit hard hitting at times and emotional for sure but, hopefully, you’ll realise you are not alone.

There will also be mini episodes called ‘Grizzly Chats’ where i’ll be walking my little dog, Freddie, or just recording my thoughts for that particular day.

We all have been through so much! Use the tools described in this podcast to determine the options you have, interrupt triggers, calm down your stress levels, and become clear on what you want and what you can request. In this podcast, you will hear about different perspectives on what creates wellness and what will help you sustain it from different sherpas (AKA my podcast guests). The different perspectives will help you create your sustainable mental wellness-because when we have been through a lot, we can feel burned out and done. You may experience an out-of-the-blue grief response to the losses of what you thought was your life. Reactions such as anger, sadness, numbness show your depletion. Feeling spent may cause you to no longer trust yourself or others. When we have been through a lot, we may feel our situation is our fault. This podcast will get you from wherever you're at to mental wellness. Your biggest fan, Sibylle

While everyone experiences change in life, no two people go through the same journey. What is preventing you from stepping into the life you visualize? Is it a busy schedule, a health condition, a lack of confidence, or habits of self-sabotage? Maybe it’s a little of all of them! In the Gift to Shift podcast, I spend every episode exploring a different concept or personal story related to a shift with my guests. Some episodes are deeply personal, helping listeners uncover their own epiphany by listening to someone else’s experiences. Others are more abstract, centered on the theories and notions that we must return to and master if our shift into our personal best is going to be sustainable. But what unites all these episodes is the invitation to explore a new and different perspective, and emerge a little wiser, kinder, or more prepared to tackle the day. Won’t you join us? Jump in wherever the ideas and topics resonate with your needs at this moment. Or, contact me to share your own story and help others by being featured as a podcast guest. Free Speech Truth Talk Radio at Its Best

What’s the point in success if you can't enjoy it?

Contrary to popular belief, business growth doesn’t have to come at the sacrifice of personal growth.

This show enables conscious entrepreneurs to become the masters of their minds so they can create massive impact with ease, enjoy the journey, and avoid burnout.

You’ll discover:

  • How to overcome mental blocks and create a mindset that allows you to achieve everything you want in life and business
  • Practical ways to go from feeling stressed and overwhelmed to clear, focused, and at ease, so you can actually enjoy the journey of entrepreneurship
  • How to turn challenges into massive opportunities for growth and success in your business

Before Alexi launched this podcast, he was a founder running multiple businesses. Whilst everything looked great on the outside, he was struggling on the inside.

Failures felt deeply personal, no success felt good enough, and he was burning the candle at both ends but he just couldn’t see another way.

Then Alexi met his coach, ventured into podcasting, started learning about the power of the mind, doing more of what he loved, and ultimately having a greater impact in the process.

Now, Alexi spends his time hosting founder retreats and coaching founders through their business and personal growth journeys, helping them overcome mental blocks to achieve the impact they’ve always wanted.

We release new episodes weekly, consisting of brief conversations with conscious entrepreneurs and founder experts where we delve into growth mindsets, high performance, and leadership. We also have a ‘crazy founder stories’ segment (10 minutes) where entrepreneurs share their most shocking experiences so that fellow founders don't feel alone in their struggles. Together, we’ll laugh at the inevitable quirks and mishaps of our entrepreneurial journeys, reminding ourselves that even the craziest moments have valuable lessons to teach.

If you’re new here, we recommend starting with:

When Nicolaus Copernicus discovered the Earth wasn’t the center of the Universe, everything changed. When Isaac Newton figured out the law of gravity from a falling apple, everything changed. When Benjamin Franklin harvested electricity from lightening and Thomas Edison made the first commercial light bulb, everything changed. Today, when quantum physicists realize our physical universe isn’t real, that it’s just a hologram, everything ... wait! Nothing’s changed - yet. "Butterflies Are Free To Fly" offers a new and radical approach to spiritual evolution based on the recent scientific experiments in quantum physics and brain research outlined in Part One. Given that the physical universe which looks and feels so real to us is actually a unique holographic projection from our own brain, the author examines various models for life and living that are very different than what we have been told and taught. “This is the only radical thinking that you need to do,” Dr. Amit Goswami is quoted as saying. “But it is so radical, it is so difficult, because our tendency is that the world is already ‘out there,’ independent of my experience. It is not. Quantum Physics has been so clear about it.” For example, in Part Two we are introduced to something the author calls an “Infinite I,” which is creating our unique holographic experiences. Then there is the “Human Game Model,” offering explanations all the way from why we experience pain and suffering to how we can change our reactions and responses by letting go of our judgments, beliefs, opinions, and fears. The end result, suggests the author, is peeling away all the layers of false identities that make up the “ego,” transforming and emerging from our cocoon as a “no-self.” Part Three of the book is a series of questions and answers to offer alternative explanations consistent with these models on subjects such as money, past lives, karma, trust, and the “Earth Environment.” This book will leave you thinking, because this book is truly radical. "I devoured your book. I appreciate your personal insights and sharing. Thanks again for a brilliant read." - Nancy, from California "Thank you so much for putting up such a wonderful book..I have no words to describe how I feel Now after I read the book." - Charles, from Nigeria "Thank you for your book. It is refreshing to see something that is both free and very accurate. I gained so much from the book. Your work explains for free so much truth in simplicity that I know to be correct. The quantum physics material is brilliant." - Andy, from Thailand "Appreciate your book in many many ways... Its a total masterpiece!" - Daniel, from Colorado "This has been an incredible read and I can't stop thinking about it. I'm definitely recommending it to others." - Jace, from Canada "Really enjoying your book , brilliantly put together." - Tink, from Amsterdam "I have read the book and I must say that I have never ever been so absorbed in a book. Your viewpoint is so fresh and logical. The way you have incorporated the quantum physics aspect is spellbinding. I am simply overwhelmed by your imagination and the ability to communicate so clearly." - Harmeet, from Belgium "Best book I have!" - Kenneth, from the USA "Loved the book." - Mike, from Oregon "An original and well designed book of the mind that offers the reader the path to understanding the true nature of our reality and therefore the real path to peace." - Gary, from Canada
