The New Nomad is not just a podcast, it’s a community of people, ideas and spirit. We share that Nomad spirit as Insured Nomads and I have lived the nomad existence; with cohosts that have lived in locations like Brazil, Ghana, Australia, South Korea and the Netherlands and my travels to more than 70 countries ranging from Estonia, Croatia and Costa Rica and interesting destinations in between. We will be sharing discussions that will help you take full advantage of the cross-border lifestyle. Weekly, we will interview leaders in the cross border, remote worker movement – thought leaders like you. Ranging from people who have packed up and moved; to those who support the movement.

That Remote Life is a podcast focused on helping you become location independent in order to live life on your terms. Serial entrepreneur and traveler Mitko Karshovski interviews some of the most successful entrepreneurs and digital nomads to help uncover the strategies and skills to help you reach the same success. Follow Mitko's journey in real-time as he builds his own location independent business and shares all the lessons and experiences. If you are someone who wants to get out of a desk job, start your own business, and become a location independent entrepreneur, then this show is for you. Learn how to generate passive income with dividend stocks, so you can secure your finances, gain time freedom, and live life on your own terms. We've tried pretty much every type of investing. Most take too long to reap rewards and you have to sell your investments to get any usable cash. Short term strategies are stressful, risky, and keep you glued to a screen all day.
Other kinds of passive income take a lot of capital or work to start up. Owning physical real estate comes with headaches and often high capital investment or risk because of debt. And starting an online following or small business requires active management, updates, and customer service.
There's a better way to make passive income that starts rolling in in just 30 days, and if you follow our acceleration strategy you can grow it much faster than you ever thought possible. Imagine being able to retire early on a fraction of the capital and never having to worry about running out of money. New episodes drop every Tuesday.

G’day! We’re Katie, Paul and Jasper Guerin from Queensland’s Gold Coast.

We’ve been traveling full time around Australia as a family for over 5 years in our Toyota Landcruiser 79 series and Zone RV Sojourn off road caravan.

In September 2019 we packed up our lives and hit the road for full time travel around Australia. After a 4 year IVF journey to create our family and long hours spent working our corporate roles we started to wonder if there was a better way. After Jasper was born our perception of what really mattered changed and we realised our most precious commodity was time. We wanted to create more time together as a family, and spend our days sharing experiences and making memories to last a lifetime.

What seemed like a crazy idea at the time set in motion a 2 year plan to pack up our lives, downsize our ‘stuff’ and explore this great country of ours traveling Australia full time in a caravan.

It is the best decision we ever made, and over 5 years and over 180,000km later we are still loving traveling this incredible country and living in our tiny home on wheels.

Each week we produce an episode of our Travel Australia series for our YouTube Channel and free to air television (Channel 31 Melbourne and Channel 44 Adelaide and new in 2025 SKY TV New Zealand), as well as a weekly Podcast that showcases destinations, experiences, RV Industry News and Special Guests that share their journey around Australia!

If you are planning on road tripping Australia, are dreaming of tackling your own ‘Big Lap’ or are just looking for inspiration to get out there on weekends or school holidays, we’d love you to travel with us and experience the best this country has to offer!

Hi, I'm Daniel De Biasi, and I'm fascinated by people who achieved incredible things. In this podcast, I want to share with you stories of people who emigrate and re-start their life in a new country. I invite you to join me as I explore emigrant's stories. We would dive deep into how they did it, what reasons pushed them to leave their life behind, what challenges they faced, and what they managed to accomplish. I left Italy at 27, moved to the opposite side of the world, New Zealand, and then to Canada. If you have emigrated or thinking of doing it, or just curious about other people's stories, this is the podcast for you.

Imagine what it would be like to travel the world, meet the most amazing people on the road, learn from them and gain an incredible perspective about how they live.

Now imagine being able to do that from your home.

I created The Bus Driver Experience as a way to gain a new perspective from the unique lives of other people - Olympic athletes, monks, porn stars - to not just learn, but EXPERIENCE what it’s like to be in their shoes for a day.

And do it in a way unlike how every other travel/interview show does it. Most other shows merely talk with these individuals.

But talking with these people isn’t enough for me.

I want to live their unique story. To understand not only what they go through in their day to day, but also why they’re doing it.

Have you ever fantasized about walking out the door and leaving everything behind for good? I have. And then, I actually did it.

In 2019, I answered the call of my lifelong wanderlust. Since then, my home has been my trusty 2010 Toyota Sienna. My backyard is anywhere I park it.

Before that, my plans for putting rubber to road were stalled by a profound depressive episode that nearly killed me. I eventually inventoried which aspects of my life I could truly control. Whatever didn’t contribute to good mental health had to go. That long process ultimately enabled me to make the leap of faith necessary to give up a stable job and leave a conventional home.

While traveling the US and Canada solo as a full-time digital nomad is indeed a dream come true, it's become essential that I explore what else, besides my wanderlust, propels my travels. Turns out that living the dream has not made everything right. Why have I put so much distance between myself and my loved ones? To achieve genuine fulfillment, it’s become necessary to unpack all the baggage I’ve been dragging with me. This self-examination is serialized in my podcast, “The Carol-Van: A (Van) Life Podcast." Through deeply personal narratives, I follow breadcrumbs leading to painful, ridiculous, and triumphant revelations and confront the consequences of unresolved issues. Not only for those I love that are struggling to understand, but for my own emotional well-being and desire to reconnect. The only way forward is to expose what's holding me back.
