Welcome to a safe space to talk about mental health and neurodivergence with someone who understands. I personally have bipolar disorder, ADHD and anxiety and suspect I have autism as well. I am a single mom to a teenage daughter who has AuDHD and anxiety. I strive to open up the discussion on these topics and erase the stigma that surrounds them. I also hope to let others know that there is always hope and they are not alone. Hope you enjoy!

A podcast dedicated to comprehending and cultivating the creative genius found only in Gifted Neurodivergence (ND).
The time has come to finally take back the narrative of what being neurodivergent really is. Neurodivergence is creative intelligence.
In this podcast we will explore the truth about what it means to be live in a system that resists cultivating differences. We will explore how we can cultivate our giftedness outside of the system. We will explore how new technology (such as AI) and new science is presenting new opportunities and places for us to create. We will discuss what a healthy and cultivated ND life looks and how much our society misunderstands the unique gifts and experiences of neurodivergents.
The goal is to create a safe place where amazing outliers can share their gifts, learn about themselves, learn about others like them, find themselves and join a community where they belong.
Contact us at [email protected] or go to www.giftednd.com to learn more and join the community.

This Podcast is about My Life, My Journey, My Experiences, using My Voice as an Introverted Person managing a Mental Illness through My Eyes. This podcast is also meant to be a Safe Haven for others living with a Mental illness, to Talk. Listen, Learn but most important "Be Heard". We are not "Crazy", we are not our Illness, we are worthy and we will be heard!!! . So sit back, HIT PLAY and Welcome to Dancing With My Demons!!!
Beneath the Noise is a podcast about mental illness—the raw, disorienting, and sometimes darkly funny reality of living with a brain that doesn’t always cooperate. Hosted by Emily Jatcko, it’s part memoir, part cultural analysis, and entirely uninterested in the sanitized, feel-good version of mental health.
This isn’t a self-help podcast. There are no five-step plans or platitudes about positive thinking—just an honest look at psychosis, medication, work, relationships, and the ways neurodivergence shapes our lives. It’s about the contradictions: wanting to succeed in a system you fundamentally resent, feeling like both too much and not enough, learning to live with a diagnosis that rewrites everything you thought you knew about yourself.
Mental illness is absurd. It’s heavy. It’s frustratingly difficult to explain. But it’s also deeply human.
So if you’ve ever stared at a hospital showerhead having an existential crisis or tried to convince yourself you were fine while clearly unraveling—well, you’re in good company.
Let’s talk about it.

Season 1 of Our Turn to Talk is presented by This Is My Brave, Inc. (TIMB) - a national nonprofit whose vision is to one day live in a world where we don't have to call it "brave" to talk openly about mental illness. Join host Anastasia Vlasova, former TIMB Intern, as she has raw, honest conversations with TIMB participants and takes a deeper look into the current state of young people's mental health. TIMB believes that #StorytellingSavesLives, and we hope that this podcast becomes the catalyst for you to find your stage - whatever that may be - and empowers you to Be Brave in your own conversations surrounding mental health.

(YNA) Our mission for you're not alone is to help people who struggle with issues that we don't see, whether you deal with a mental health illness or know of an acquaintance who deals with different problems. Some are more challenging to talk about than others; however, bottling up these emotions doesn't lead to a happy life. This podcast aims to help anyone who feels alone and shed light on difficult topics that we don't speak about every day. You're Not Alone.
