We talk with Steve, who after being attacked on a night out started to suffer with his mental well being. Steve is a ground worker in the construction industry and started to see signs of others struggling with their mental health in his industry and decided to do something about it and provide his colleagues with an outlet for stress, so he started a charity focused around sport which is growing year on year.
