You Should Hear This

The idea you get along with everyone at your place of employment is nothing short of a false reality. While you may not get along with everyone, there is a level of respect and professionalism that needs to be maintained at all times. With today’s workforce environment different than what it was in years past, how can we ensure that we are keeping the peace and having everyone feel heard and valued? Our guest today will help us juggle these topics and provide some guidance.

Tara Puckey, MBA, CAE, is the President-Elect of ISAE. She is the Executive Director of the Radio Television Digital News Association and Radio Television Digital News Foundation and is responsible for the overall management of the association and foundation business.

She is active in both ISAE and ASAE, where she is a current member of the Executive Management Professionals Advisory Council. Additionally, in 2018, she was named to Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 list.

Addressing Associations History & Habit | Tonya Suits (Episode 23)

At the core of most associations, our job is to provide our members with professional growth, programs, services, and resources.
