Adrian Pettett

Working4Compassion

Today my guest is an old colleague and friend Adrian Pettett. Adrian has launched and led marketing agencies in New York and London and is currently the CEO of Done and Dusted X an international entertainment and content company.

In the podcast we discuss what it's like to work under pressure, how that affects your performance and why keeping a sense of perspective is crucial.

We discuss the lack of diversity in the agency world and consider the reasons why according to Gallup, workers in the USA are significantly more engaged than their UK counterparts.

This was an honest and poignant conversation and underlined to me the great opportunity there is to bring mindfulness, compassion and emotional intelligence into the workplace. Enjoy the podcast.

This is a really inspiring conversation about the work Ashish is doing, a big thankyou to Misty Huckaby from my mentoring group at CCARE, Stanford for making the introduction. enjoy the conversation.
