Having built her career at a large corporate American business in both the Industrial and Consumer practices, she now specialises in placing non-executive and C-Suite leaders across a variety of leading consumer businesses.
Most importantly, Sophy is also a mother to 3 children under the age of 6. We loved hearing how Sophy juggles it all!
