Penny Moreno is an AVP (Agent Vice President) with Appreciation Financial, Financial Services, and Insurance. Specializing in retirement planning. She is currently a producer and a co-leader of a team of quality agents, meanwhile recruiting and training new agents. Penny believes it's never too late to start planning. Evaluating folk's retirement plans, even if they don't have one, is the starting point for providing solutions for her clients and achieving their retirement goals. Her goal is to provide relief, solutions, and a plan and never make a client feel it's too late to plan for the future. Midlinda (Linda) Sanchez's Bio:

Hello, my name is Midlinda Sanchez (preferably- Linda) and I am currently the Spanish Market Manager for Exact Medicare. I have been entrusted as of March 2024 to build the Spanish Division of the Business here at Exact Benefits Group and handle most aspects of it - I am new to the Industry but not new to Sales. I am passionate about looking for ways to grow this underserved market by assisting Spanish Beneficiaries in receiving exceptional care by our professional Bilingual Medicare Licensed Agents in choosing the very best Individualized Healthcare Plan choice for them. I've been in Sales all my life, in many different fields ( Retail, Direct, Financial, MSB & now Health Insurance) and I thrive most when it is serving a purpose in the Hispanic Community. I've ranked amongst the Top Performers in previous Sales positions and plan on making sure that this Dept has all it needs to succeed as well! Those accomplishments have allowed me to take multiple trips and one of my most memorable ones was going on a Disney Cruise filled with "Adults Only" to the Bahamas & a near Private Island (as one of the youngest AVON District Managers). I am a Single Christian mom to 3 & love creating great memories with Family, serving in Church, Indulging in Travel and baking intricate cakes when I have the time. My oldest son is actually the Director of IT for Exact Medicare as well as the Young Adults Director at our church. My middle female child loves non-profit work and serving the Community & my youngest female child is currently thriving to be the best version of herself through these confusing teenage years. Both my girls have beautiful voices and use them in church for worship and volunteer as well. All 3 are also a beautiful testament & reflection of the focus I've put on them through the years. A great part of me loves encouraging other females to be the Very Best Version of themselves no matter their past circumstances. One of my Biggest Personal accomplishments was setting a goal to purchase & fully pay for my own home after my divorce, and to do it in 5 years. I accomplished it in 3 (by putting every bonus I received into the principal without hesitation). What do I aspire to accomplish next? Continuous growth and to always be the best example possible to my children while also finding the right balance to always be present for them (especially now that I've been made a grandma as well) to my little Ellie-Bellie!
