Psalm 37:23-24
The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him, though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand
Isaiah 43:16-19
He who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters, who drew out the chariots and horses, the army and reinforcements together, and they lay there, never to rise again. Extinguished, sniffed out like a wick. Forget the former things, do not dwell on the past. See I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
Psalm 23
1
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2
He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside still waters.
3
He restores my soul;
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for His name’s sake.
4
Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff,
they comfort me.
5
You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup runs over.
6
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
Genesis 2:2-3
By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.
Psalm 16:3
“Search me God, and know my heart. Test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way of the everlasting.”
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus.
PRAYER
Father,
As we drift off to sleep, as we capture each thought: let us remember the goodness in each day. Thank you for allowing us to experience Your Word, bringing it to life through the Holy Spirit. I pray that whoever is listening right now would be filled with Your Peace in Jesus name, the Peace that passes all understanding. The Peace that points the unbeliever to You. Let us be a light for Your Kingdom.
In Jesus name,
Amen

Ecclesiastes 3
3
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
Matthew 11:28-30

And wait patiently for him
