On August 30th I sat down with a buddy of mine Posso - addressed as Storm in the interview - to discuss his roots and passions. Growing up in the South Bronx as half Dominican and half Puerto Rican Posso recounts his experiences growing up in "the hood."
The dog eat dog nature of his surroundings taught him to put a mask on. But as he grew older, he came to terms with who he really was and embraced being part of the LGBT+ community and started a support system by steaming Smash Bros. Ultimate on twitch.
Though he's furry adjacent, he's got more than a few choice words to say about the furry community...
Thanks for listening!

On August 25th I sat down with FuzziMutt! A most peculiar black woman born in Okinawa, Japan and sacrificed to a Shisa. Her fursona, in fact, is a Shisa, and given this is the official 10th episode of the show we've been blessed with her luck!
As a former industry artist, she tells all about her experiences breaking her back in the industry. It's no surprise she went independent after hearing her story. She's also a jack of all trades not limited to just plushies or art.
Needless to say we get into a discussion of how black women are treated in the industry as well. Implicit biases find ways to sneak their way down from systems into our everyday lives.
Tune in to find out if black women can really save The United States of America!

On September 6th I sat down with Verse a black furry, and avid black lives matter activist who has attended several protests. Through our conversation we discuss why the protests are happening, what led him to being radicalized, and how the gap in the furry community can be mended. It's eye opening to see how things like this can affect someone no matter what their background is or the walk of life they took. He protests with a small organization that has managed to gather speakers and amass crowds of people.
He shows those out there that thinks their voice doesn't matter that they can make a change.
We're all tied together in one way or another.
