Howie Mandel is known for his incredible professional resilience. Alegra Kastens not only specializes in OCD, but also struggles with it as well. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in OCD and other anxiety disorders. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and her clinical work focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness skills training for adults, adolescents, and children. Alegra is the Founder of the Center for OCD, Anxiety and Eating Disorders.
