Scales dives into his background and what it was like for him as a young black man, living in a rough part of town, and making the choice to become a Police Officer. He explains the trials he had to overcome from the community he lived in, and then the mental health aspects that came with the job.
Scales has used his faith to guide him, and now, teaming up with a few other large social media influencers that are LEOs as well. He has become part of, and is building something that is meant to change the world we live in. He is "Becoming The Change".
