In my free time I love to play tennis, travel, host retreats, spend time with family, and read a good book.
Sydney Karmes-Wainer is the founder & CEO of French Squirrel. After experiencing hormone imbalances, she discovered a natural and holistic approach to heal her hormones. Based in Los Angeles, CA, she is a Certified Hormone Specialist, specializing in blood sugar management, and a lover of all things chocolate, peanut butter and dates.
