An interview with Nellie Brau, founder of Haus of Ojas. Nellie is helping those fighting with diet culture to reclaim their birthright to hunger, food, + body image through the power of holistic health coaching. In this conversation, Nellie explains what sets coaching apart, and what makes the approach so successful when redefining our relationship with food.
Through holistic health coaching, online courses, and live workshops, Nellie works with you to break up with the exhaustion society, dismantle diet culture, and reclaim the time, energy, and money these cultural fixtures robbed from you. Nellie empowers and guides you to food freedom, body liberation, and holistic living. Using Ayurveda as an intuitive wisdom tool, Nellie specializes in moving you from 'one-size-fits-all' to knowing your deepest self in unearthing your wellbeing.
Nellie holds a Master's degree in Holistic Health, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a registered yoga teacher, and an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
