We Get to Know photographer, recipe developer and creative content creator Erin Jensen from The Wooden Skillet.
We were thrilled to chat with Erin, the photographer, food stylist, recipe developer and content creator behind The Wooden Skillet. After practicing law for 7 years, Erin was recently able to leave her 9-5 job in order to blog full-time. This is a testament to the success of her website and her passion for healthy and delicious food. Before blogging she suffered with gut troubles for years and eventually stumbled upon Whole30. Like many of us, she quickly learned how much better she could feel and has embarked on a truly life-changing journey towards improved health. Her website is a fantastic resource, offering approachable and delicious recipes, most of which are Whole30-compliant, diary-free, vegan, or paleo.
In this episode, we dig into her huge decision of leaving her legal career behind to follow her passion full-time. She tells us about her love of cold brew and why it's a great option for people who have acid stomach issues. Plus, she gets real about the struggle of balancing motherhood and work. Listen in and enjoy Erin's story.
