Anyway, let's talk parasites. It can be extremely uncomfortable to think about something growing inside of you but the truth is, a vast majority of women we've been working with go through parasite cleanses even if they aren't flagged after a GI Map. These women feel good and bad in waves in their health and already have their bases covered.

What is a parasite? Parasites are organisms that utilize their host for nutrition and survival. You may be thinking — we live in a first-world country where parasites aren’t a thing, but let me tell you why that thinking is primarily wrong. It is estimated that upwards of 70% of people might have parasitic infestations and they can manifest as various symptoms.

Since testing is lacking, it’s really difficult to pinpoint. If you struggle with chronic bloating, fatigue, anxiety, low energy, and other “mystery” symptoms, you may need to dig deeper than just the title of irritable bowel syndrome.

We'll discuss everything parasite related in this episode, my experience going through a parasite cleanse, and why I feel like a new woman!
