This video details my journey from "normal" to suicidal thoughts and "back" ... almost. Not wanting to burden others with my baggage, I took this journey alone as most with mental illness do. Even with loving and supportive people around, I suffered in silence not discussing my mental health with anyone. My journey took me to another country and to levels so low I couldn't recognize the man in the mirror. I am sharing my story (going against everything I once believed about discussing my private life) in the hope that someone who is suffering or might know someone who is suffering can find value and seek the help they need. "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem."
