In this episode, we interview current Stanford Assistant Wrestling Coach and former All-American wrestler at Missouri.
Grant has a unique story in that he faced just about every adversity along his journey. After an unfathomable amount of injuries and missing two and a half seasons, Grant returned to the mat and captured his first conference title and achieved All-America status. He was ranked as high as No. 3 in the nation that season and finished sixth at 149 pounds at the NCAA Championships in Cleveland, Ohio. Following the season, he was named Most Improved at his team's year-end banquet.
Grant also qualified for the NCAA Championships in 2020 at 141 pounds after placing third at the MAC Championships.
He is also endeavoring into the entrepreneurial side of things, launching his shoe brand, Heilung Shoes, The Ultimate Business Casual Dress Shoe for Health-Conscious Professionals.
