I had 8 pregnancy losses in 5 years - from miscarriage to ectopic emergency surgeries
The overview of what that was like and how I feel I've earned the title of 'self proclaimed grief expert' and 'trauma trained' by being schooled the hard way.

The Death Club - another club that sucks

The episode is about the period of time that began with the death of my mom, then the death of my best friend and then the death of my dad. *Foul language content warning*
Excuse the sniffles and stuffy nose, didn't want to edit them out as this is me - rough and raw. This was very hard to record and I'm still amazed I didn't cry as I sure did as I was writing my notes!
