Automate Your Fitness

1. The only way to automate your fitness is to first love it... So.. ask yourself the question? What forms of movement will bring me peace and joy? It doesn’t have to be the cookie cutter treadmill and lifting. Any movement is ok. Dancing, cleaning, walking, jump rope, or whatever. In other words, what movement will feed you physically and mentally.
2. Then you got to write down when and where you will do it by strategically incorporating it your life in a non-stress inducing way. Lets not go to extremes. So, if it's 10 minutes a day it's more than nothing.
3. What are your intentions? Incorporate movement in your life from a place of love. Love for yourself and your life. And you will be able to workout for the rest of your life. You might be able to kill yourself in the gym for a month or two. But be loving to your body and be patient with it. Slow and steady wins the race.
