First a realtor, then a broker and flipper and now a real estate syndicator! After getting tired of paying 50% in taxes to Uncle Sam, Steven started hanging around people smarter than him to make MORE money yet pay LESS in taxes.
Now as the managing member of Integrity Holdings Group, Stephen is on track to close $200 million in transactions in 2022 investing in the Carolinas, Georgia, Midwest, Texas and Florida. Their motto is “Invest With Purpose” and they also budget a portion of their earnings to various non-profits.
In addition to an investor and syndicator, Steven is the host of the popular podcast Free From Wall Street.
