For instance, some of his lenders take the HIGHEST credit score between Equifax, Transunion and Experian for qualification versus the MIDDLE or even LOWEST score that other traditional banks do.
Tim can do lending in 45 states but NOT in Utah, Nevada, the Dakotas or Alaska.
