Jim Bontrager is the Senior Chaplain with the Elkhart Police Department in Elkhart, IN and Master Level Chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains. Jim is an advocate for police officers and their families, having obtained multiple proclamations from the Indiana Governor's Office in support of law enforcement.
