The SuperHero Lifestyle Show - 73 : Drive Or Deprive: The Hidden Power Of AND & OR
play

09/08/21 • 14 min

Welcome to our latest episode of the Superhero Lifestyle Show!

Today we will be talking about the power of the word 'AND', how it has multiplied our business into what it is today and can do the same thing for you!

You all know that we teach how to sell on Amazon FBA... but we teach so much more than this!

We offer education on how to set up a side hustle that works to your strengths, we educate about how to operate in the rapidly evolving Crypto space and there is more of this to come, all along with teaching Amazon FBA.

By using the power of 'and' means you aren't limiting yourself by choosing one 'or' the other.

Have your Amazon FBA business AND your side hustle. Then your side hustle can generate income to invest in your Amazon business. This is where things have a knock-on effect and start to multiply!

All of these endeavours support each other and it makes sense to work towards all-rounded wealth as opposed to lop sided wealth.

Say you're selling a product on Amazon and you want to increase your business. You must add more products to your business to do so, you don't start to look at a new product and decide if you should sell your current product OR the new one...

You want to sell your current product AND the new one, AND sell in more than one country AND you can even sell on more than one marketplace!

You have to add to you what you already have in order to multiply, not replace what you have with something new.

As we move into the future it makes sense to bulletproof your wealth, to ensure that it continues to grow.

That is why as we move into the future of Marketplace Superheroes we are going to be talking about much more than just opportunities with Amazon, providing education on these topics with our own results ready to share with you all.

It is a very exciting time looking at what is to come and we want to encourage as many people as possible to join our Facebook group and get involved in the free trainings!

You have nothing to lose by joining the group or stopping by a stream, but everything to gain.

We look forward to sharing our new opportunities with you and working together as the future unfolds.

Thank you for listening AND we will see you next week!

04/03/21 • 52 min

Welcome, In today's episode we have the Queen of the team herself Casey Lynn hosting this special episode of WinYourWednesday!

We have been blessed by a mix of our heroes today, to offer tips from the team!

First up, we have Johnny from the superhero design team here to tell you all about the latest and greatest available at superherodesign.studio.

He will talk you through everything they have to offer from fully branded design content for your Amazon listing to 360-degree photography of your products!

If you want to upgrade your listing to the top tier, you don't want to miss this!

We are also joined by Vihann, who is here to talk all about the art of negotiation with suppliers.

You will get a full walkthrough of a conversation he has personally had with a supplier and you will learn the skill of 'never burning a bridge'.

Remember, never assume anything, be cautious and always discuss details with he supplier but most of all, be kind!

Next up, we have Claudia inspiring us all on how important it is to celebrate your wins!

No matter how small the win is, it should be celebrated! As all progress is progress!

We must keep track of our goals, Claudia will tell you how she uses a notebook to keep track of all of her wins and links an appropriate reward for achieving those things.

As humans, we are programmed to remember the bad stuff, so that we can avoid it in the future.

So, when you make a conscious effort to keep track of your wins, it's so much easier to build up motivation and keep you moving forwards.

If anything lookout for this quote, 'We always know what we didn't do, but we forget what we did do'.

Moving on from there, we have the one and only Mattew Keith showing up to remind us all about the importance of a healthy work/life balance.

He brilliantly, points out how if one area of your life is suffering, then it most certainly will have a direct effect on the other areas in your life too!

For example, if you stopped making money from your job, you wouldn't be able to fund your business. If you cant fund your business, then you may eventually struggle to provide for the family too and so on.

Keeping each area of your life strong, Work, Business, Family + Relationships & Health will ensure that you are enjoying life through the process of learning and doing.

As opposed to stressing out waiting for the magic 'big event' to happen.

'It's not about the victory at the end, it's about the journey' - Mattew Keith

Casey also makes the point, of how in today's "entrepreneurial time's" people feel like they should be hustling all the time and hustling instead of doing the things they enjoy. Even feeling bad about doing things they enjoy because they aren't working during that time.

Throw out that mentality! You should do the things you enjoy! The more you are enjoying yourself in life the happier you will be overall. So even when it is time to get the work done, you are full of motivation to get it completed to the best of your ability.

A rising tide raises all ships.

Last but by no means least, we have the genius herself Christina bringing you all of the insider information related to HS codes & other specifics that a lot of people like to avoid.

Christina is here to tell you that it may look and sound confusing, but it doesn't have to be!

It is like a different language, and if you have never seen it before you will have no idea what is going on.

We are here to help you learn that language and become so fluent in it, that you can communicate with your businesses needs and demand, clearly and concisely.

We are so excited to be bringing this episode to the SHL Podcast, giving our treasured team members the opportunity to share their wisdom with all of you out there following along, making your business goals happen!

The happier you are, the happier we are!

So keep smashing it and enjoy the episode!

Don't forget to download today's episode to show your appreciation for the team!

The SuperHero Lifestyle Show - 42: 10 ‘MPSH Tips’ to Successfully Launching A Product On Amazon
play

03/23/21 • 29 min

Today we have the 10 top tips to successfully launch a product on Amazon!

1 - DO NOT SEND ALL OF YOUR STOCK INTO AMAZON"S WAREHOUSE STRAIGHT AWAY.

If you do this, you are most likely going to face costs from Amazon for storing your product.

Now, storage is a necessary business expense but you want to avoid Amazon's Long Term storage costs as these are very expensive and will cut into your profit margins.

Instead, send Amazon approximately 4 weeks worth of stock, then when you need to top up, you can always send in more. This way you are going to avoid encountering any long term storage costs as your products are selling out in smaller batches.

You will still need a place to store your products before you ship them to Amazon's warehouse, you can send them to your home but this isn't the most practical.

You can use a freight forwarder, but from our experience with them, they don't understand how the Amazon business model works and it makes working efficiently difficult.

We recommend joining us at Superhero Freight. We help to process and manage your stock in one of our warehouses after assisting you with shipping. This way we can provide you with our level our service as we process your orders.

2 - SELL IN AS MANY COUNTRIES AS POSSIBLE.

The more places you sell, the faster you are going to sell out. The faster you sell out, the sooner you will need to reorder so that you can sell out again!

By shipping to as many countries as possible, you will be able to identify which country generates the most sales for you and then focus more attention on those areas, again increasing your sales rate.

3 - NEVER LAUNCH WITHOUT A PPC CAMPAIGN.

Amazon has millions of customers, you don't.

Amazon is allowing you to tap into their customer base and offer your products. The most efficient way to tap into as many customers as possible is with a 'Pay Per Click' advertising campaign.

This allows you to bid on certain keywords or phrases that people are searching into Amazon, the higher your bid, the higher your product will rank on Amazon when a customer searches for the keyword you have bid on.

These may all sound like expenses to you, but form our years of experience, we have found this to be the most cost-effective way to do things while at the same time maximising your reach and returns as an Amazon seller.

There are 7 more top tips to successfully launching your product on Amazon in today's episode so be sure to stick around to the end to make sure you get them all!

Just by listening to this podcast, you are doing something to move yourself and your business forward.

You're in the right place, now it's time to succeed.

The SuperHero Lifestyle Show - 39: Get Off The Sidelines & Get In The Game
play

03/13/21 • 58 min

It's great that you do, but you don't just want to be cheering people on all the time, we want to be cheering you on as well.

I'm sure you've heard of 'the secret' before. A book based on the Law of Attraction.

Now there is some truth to this, but the way the book was marketed was as a 'secret', a mysterious thing that no one has told you about before. The way to make things happen in your life.

It is a great book for its principal but it misses out on the other half of what you need to do to get what you want. Which is actually getting up, going out and doing the things that will help you get there!

You cannot just think a business into existence, you need to actually do the paperwork to make it legitimate.

I believe there are the same 'secrets' around money that are hidden. The majority of people think they understand money as they receive a routine paycheck, but they are also likely the people who have no money left at the end of the month.

But it's been hard for people to learn because it's been made that way. Didn't you grow up being fed the idea that it was rude to talk about money or to ask how much someone makes?

Well, have you ever wondered why that is?

For example, hundreds of years ago, wealthy families that lived in huge manor houses would have many servants working for them. The family and the servants rarely spoke. This meant that the information the wealthy knew about money was never shared around or passed on to help those with less, get more.

Instead, they kept to themselves. and it created the divide. Those with money were considered stuck up and snobby by those without it. In a nutshell, this would mean that the poor would never learn the 'secrets' about how to use money. While the rich stay rich and use money the way it is supposed to be used.

Education reflects this too. It was and is there to produce workers for the government that are happy to receive a paycheck. That is why entrepreneurship isn't taught in schools just like money management isn't either.

BREAK THE RULES!

In order to get where you want to go, you need to think differently than the average person.

You should consider yourself more than the average person if you aren't blindly following the path they have laid out for you and instead, you are making your own way.

We're not saying that you should start looking down on anyone or that you are better than anyone else but you must rise up if you wish to get ahead.

"What's the least I can do?" - If you're not prepared to take a mitigated risk, you are never going to get to where you want to be.

Many people are afraid to start a business because of risk. But isn't staying exactly where you are and doing nothing, the biggest risk you can ever take? Especially if your goal is to own your own business, you have to start somewhere!

If you can't be bothered to start a company, you don't deserve to receive the rewards of having a company.

People talk about things like they get it, they convince themselves that they understand things, even when they have never looked into a subject before. They cling to the smallest pieces of information they have heard on a topic and push these points to others.

But when you actually know what you are talking about because you are living through your business, that is how you know you are on the path to success and that it is right to consider yourself above average!

12/22/20 • 26 min

2021 is right around the corner and we wont to share what our plan is for the coming year.

We aren't trying to blow our own trumpet, but instead show you that if we can operate this many business projects at once, then you are certainly able to achieve your goals within your business too.

When you chunk it down and get it out of your head and onto paper, you can begin to connect the dots seeing the bigger picture and avoid becoming overwhelmed.

Make sure you are setting realistic goals and then be logical about how you execute them. You will need capital, so ensure that you have that first to be able to take advantage of the opportunities that come your way.

We made our partner Ali's journey more public to show you what is achievable with your amazon business, as well as when you partner with us!

If you are just tinkering, stop. Take a step back and look at the landscape.

Take care in charting your course to ensure you make it to your destination goal with the best route possible.

Don't give yourself an excuse to back out...

In our freight community, those members that have been successful went in at the start and bought space in a shipping container that hey had no need for at that moment as they had no products. But, by owning this space, that held them accountable to take the next logical step of securing that first product to fill that space.

You can make progress quickly with a narrowly scoped business.

Isn't it great to come up with ideas that you want to execute? And knowing that with a necessary plan in place, you can expect it to happen.

It is key that years are anticipated to grow your business, not months.

Amazon FBA, is a low investment business with a very quick return. But people always want lower investments and quicker returns.

Business is not a lottery, it is planned.

When there's something fresh, its exciting! We can't wait to partner with you guys, connect and work together on growing your Amazon business and not just being a partner through shares.

In Marketplace SuperHeroes, we have resources available to us that you don't have, right?

But now we are in a position to able to share those resources with you so that you can leverage them to grow your business to the next level.

Happy Christmas! & Happy New Year!

We look forward to working with you in the New Year! Thanks!

Grinding through things?

Sometimes you have to go through an obstacle and not around it.

Sometimes it's going to be difficult, and you will want to put it down for the evening. But in order to really be successful, you need to put the boots on and get to work.

What are you prepared to do? Is your WHY strong enough?

My taekwondo instructor said to me the other day - "I have failed more gradings for the black belt than anyone else in the world probably. I couldn't do the moves for ages. But, because I stuck with it and I wanted to get better, I was able to achieve the black belt".

We give up too quickly when things go wrong.

Why should it be easy? There is work to be put in and the value you put in is equal to the value of the reward.

We need more sitting down actually doing the thing. Instead of sitting there thinking about why we haven't started yet.

What's something you've worked hard at in your life, that you persisted through difficulties, until the end?

How good did it feel getting that thing completed?

Harness what you did when you knew that you were capable of achieving that thing.

You still are capable, just don't give in so easy.

When you don't have someone looking over you, it can be difficult to stay persistent.

That's why your environment is so important, surround yourself with people who are also persistent and want to achieve, like our Facebook community Marketplace SuperHeroes!

The champions always go the extra mile. The extra 5 push-ups in the gym or the extra 30 minutes of research can define a true champion.

Where is the enjoyment in not challenging yourself?

Once you have moved up a difficulty, you don't want to start playing on a lower one.

How much grit do you have in your life?

"Get The Grit & Hit The Grind" - Robert Rickey.

^^^ Post this in our Facebook Group so that we know you've got the message!
