#20: Hello, my lovelies! 💖
This is the episode many of you have been waiting for! After a few bumps in the road, I’m back at the mic, grounded and ready to dive into the intricate topic of affairs.
In this two-part series, we’ll break down the pros and cons of affairs with a realistic approach. Remember, these are just thoughts and stories, so always check in with your inner truth. 💡
We’ll explore the messy and complex world of infidelity, its impact on personal growth, and what choosing an affair might really mean. If you're in or considering an affair, it’s crucial to understand the implications. I’m sharing three pros and two cons from my experiences and those of my clients, highlighting both the highs and lows.
### Pros:
1. Realizing what's been missing in your life. 🌸 Many women marry for stability but later crave deeper physical and emotional intimacy.
2. Awakening to your sexuality and desires, transforming your understanding of love and fulfillment. 💕
3. Show up for yourself and make a move forward towards honoring what you desire most and is missing. 🌿
### Cons:
1. Labeling yourself as a bad person. 😔 The guilt and mind games can be overwhelming, but it's crucial to challenge harmful narratives.
2. Emotional turmoil from secrecy and lying. Affairs can highlight unmet needs but also bring significant emotional challenges.
We’ll also discuss the stereotypes around women who have affairs, the cultural and religious influences on our views, and how these issues are symptoms of deeper problems in marriages. The roles we think we’re supposed to play are not enough. Women are asking for more—emotional connection, intimacy, and authenticity.
Affairs are not the problem but a symptom of deeper issues. Just like in *Les Mis*, where the main character is punished for stealing bread, we need to look beyond the surface and address the root causes.
Join me as we peel back the layers and embrace the possibility of living a fully expressed and authentic life. 💖
Don’t forget to rate and review if you enjoyed this episode! Your support means the world and helps other women find this podcast. If you're looking for one-on-one support, check out my 90-minute intensives. I'm here to hold space for your truth. 🌈
Catch you next week for part two, where we'll dive even deeper! 🌿✨

Have you ever wondered, If he’s trying so hard now, why don’t I feel like staying? You’re not alone, my loves. In this fiery and truth-packed episode, I tackle one of the most confusing and emotionally draining dynamics I see in women considering divorce: when your partner suddenly does a complete 180—but your heart and body still say, “No.” ❤️‍🩹

Together, we’ll explore the emotional rollercoaster of guilt, relief, and self-doubt, uncovering why his efforts might feel too little, too late. I’ll break down the spectrum of relationships, from the truly toxic to those that look good on paper but lack the deep connection you deserve.

Most importantly, I’ll show you how to stop silencing your intuition and start trusting your values and priorities for your life. This isn’t about whether he’s changing; it’s about whether the relationship aligns with the real you. 💪✨

If you’re tired of feeling stuck in the merry-go-round of confusion, guilt, and misplaced responsibility, this episode is your guide to clarity and courage.

Hey loves, it's been a minute since I last recorded, and today's episode is all about getting real and raw. I'm diving deep into the messy, uncertain parts of my own journey—especially around what it means to live a good life, and how to handle all the emotions that come with it. If you're considering divorce, you're really going to connect with this one.
I'll share some personal struggles, including a recent, challenging moment with my teenage son that left me questioning everything about parenting. I’ll also talk about the surprising emotional work that comes up even in the healthiest relationships and how that’s been shaking up my world.
But here's the heart of today's episode: feeling your feelings. I’ve seen how powerful it can be to stop running from emotions and instead, sit with them in your body. I’ll guide you through a meditation technique that I use with my clients to help process those intense emotions and reclaim your inner power.
I'm also reflecting on the importance of community and how healing together can be so much more powerful than going it alone. We all need a village, and I’m excited to keep building that with you.
So join me as we navigate this wild journey together, with all its messiness, beauty, and growth. And don't miss the separate meditation episode that I’ve created for you to use whenever you need it. 🌟
