#51: Buckle up, babe—this episode is a straight-up download from the universe ✨ and I am OBSESSED with what came through. Today, we’re diving deep into something so many of us as women struggle with: putting everyone else first...and losing ourselves in the process 💔.

I’m unpacking why you’ve got to put your oxygen mask on first 🛑✈️ before trying to change the blueprint for your kids, your marriage, your mama, or anyone else.

Through powerful client stories, my own raw truth (including a super emotional share about my oldest son 💔), and real-time realizations, we’re exposing how unprocessed trauma—ours and others’—quietly hijacks our present-day decisions. And the kicker? Most of us don’t even realize we’re doing it.

We're talking inner child healing, boundaries with moms who “mean well,” and why over-functioning is NOT the badge of honor we think it is. By the end of this, I hope you’ll feel deeply seen, wildly empowered, and reminded that you are allowed to prioritize yourself without guilt. Actually—scratch that—you must.

#46: Ever feel like you’re living a life that doesn’t actually feel like yours? Like maybe the decisions you’ve made—your marriage, your career, your whole damn life—were handed to you rather than chosen by you? If so, you’re not alone, and this episode is exactly for you. 💡

Today, I’m diving deep into The Voice of Knowledge by Don Miguel Ruiz and unpacking the life-changing concept that so much of what we believe about ourselves isn’t even ours. We’ve been programmed—from childhood, from culture, from religion—to follow a script we never agreed to. And when we start to question it? That’s when the real magic happens. ✨

We’re talking:

🔥 The lies you’ve been taught that keep you stuck in your marriage (and in life)
🔥 How to tell the difference between your truth and someone else’s programming
🔥 The power of dismantling those old beliefs so you can rewrite your story
🔥 How listening to your body (not just your brain) is the key to breaking free

And yes, I’m getting vulnerable as hell about my own journey—how my political and personal evolution has changed everything about how I show up in the world. Next week, I’ll be sharing an episode that dives even deeper into that transformation in honor of the protests happening on March 4th.

So, if you’ve ever felt like you’re at war with yourself, if your inner voice is screaming that something isn’t right, or if you just need to hear that you are not crazy for wanting more, then hit play, my love. This episode is for you. 💛

P.S. If this episode speaks to you, share it with another woman in your life who might be feeling stuck in someone else’s dream. And if you haven’t yet, hit that subscribe button and drop a review—it helps so much! 🎧💖

#43: Hey there, lovely listeners! 💛

This week’s episode is a big one—I’m diving deep into the phrase “Your thoughts create your reality” and unpacking all the nuance behind it. If that statement has ever made you feel overwhelmed, shamed, or even a little stuck, you’re in the right place. 🌀

We’ll explore the emotional traps of shame and spiritual bypassing, and why simply swapping your thoughts for “better” ones doesn’t work. Instead, I’ll walk you through what it really looks like to reclaim your power and transform your beliefs from the ground up. Think of it like tending to a garden—you’ve got to dig up those old roots before planting something new. 🌱🌸

I’ll also share insights into how our subconscious programming shapes so much of our lives and why releasing trauma is the key to truly shifting your reality. If you’ve been feeling stuck, this episode might just be the clarity you need. 💡
This is one to listen to a couple of times, especially when you need a reminder that transformation is messy but oh-so-worth it. 💕

As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts—subscribe, rate, and share with someone who needs this!

#20: Hello, my lovelies! 💖
This is the episode many of you have been waiting for! After a few bumps in the road, I’m back at the mic, grounded and ready to dive into the intricate topic of affairs.
In this two-part series, we’ll break down the pros and cons of affairs with a realistic approach. Remember, these are just thoughts and stories, so always check in with your inner truth. 💡
We’ll explore the messy and complex world of infidelity, its impact on personal growth, and what choosing an affair might really mean. If you're in or considering an affair, it’s crucial to understand the implications. I’m sharing three pros and two cons from my experiences and those of my clients, highlighting both the highs and lows.
### Pros:
1. Realizing what's been missing in your life. 🌸 Many women marry for stability but later crave deeper physical and emotional intimacy.
2. Awakening to your sexuality and desires, transforming your understanding of love and fulfillment. 💕
3. Show up for yourself and make a move forward towards honoring what you desire most and is missing. 🌿
### Cons:
1. Labeling yourself as a bad person. 😔 The guilt and mind games can be overwhelming, but it's crucial to challenge harmful narratives.
2. Emotional turmoil from secrecy and lying. Affairs can highlight unmet needs but also bring significant emotional challenges.
We’ll also discuss the stereotypes around women who have affairs, the cultural and religious influences on our views, and how these issues are symptoms of deeper problems in marriages. The roles we think we’re supposed to play are not enough. Women are asking for more—emotional connection, intimacy, and authenticity.
Affairs are not the problem but a symptom of deeper issues. Just like in *Les Mis*, where the main character is punished for stealing bread, we need to look beyond the surface and address the root causes.
Join me as we peel back the layers and embrace the possibility of living a fully expressed and authentic life. 💖
Don’t forget to rate and review if you enjoyed this episode! Your support means the world and helps other women find this podcast. If you're looking for one-on-one support, check out my 90-minute intensives. I'm here to hold space for your truth. 🌈
Catch you next week for part two, where we'll dive even deeper! 🌿✨
