The Secret Sunday Session - The Secret Therapy Session: Identifying your "internal system"
play

10/21/24 • 25 min

The Secret Therapy Session: Identifying your internal system - “parts” therapy.
The first of many short episodes discussing the new revelations, informative takeaways and the in-depth lessons as I navigate my way through this jungle.

From my younger self to the primary protector, my teenage self to my adult self, learning to understand all my parts within my "internal system". To rid the shame of the evil tendencies I thought were part of me and learn to love all the versions of myself.
In this episode I unpack our “internal systems”, specifically looking at our “internal parts”. Discussing who I am from the inside out. How my system learnt to “survive”, even if unhelpful and toxic traits were present.

Where my eating disorder came from. Why I had a void. How two conflicting beliefs kept me isolated, yet craving connection. Who it made me come.

This is ‘The Secret Therapy Session’ with my internal parts.
