Hello friends - I am back with the next instalment of PREP FILES where I take you with me on my journey to the WBFF stage in October.
Oh my days, 13 weeks you guys!! How exciting! This was the first week I truly felt like I was in prep - it got me good! But I truly loved the challenge and feel like if I can get through that I can get through anything! As well as all things prep related I answered all your fantastic questions at the end.
