She has a great appreciation for the land she hikes in, runs on and calls home; and through her love of hiking has become an Ambassador for Women Who Hike and Hello Ranger. She is also one of Teva's "Faces of the Canyon" and is highlighted a short film. As a Wife and Mother with a full time occupation, Angel has been crushing her Weight Lifting Personal Records (PRs), accomplishing new running distances, and still Going Over Any Terrain (G.O.A.T.) in her Adventures. She gives our running mentality a gut-check through our conversation of her Running/Hiking Mantra.
