Being both physically and financially healthy is extremely crucial to not only your overall well-being but also, achieving your goals. You can see drastic physical changes through working out 3-4 times a week, waking up earlier than usual, and cutting back on junk food. Let’s break out of the toxic cycle we put ourselves in and take control of our lives together. It starts with building good habits and taking accountability for all our poor decisions (whether physical or financial) that negatively impact our "quality of life".

401k, Saving For Retirement 💰
In this episode, I discuss 401k plans with my uncle Rashaun who worked in a financial institution as a consultant. A 401(k) is a tax-advantaged retirement savings account offered by employers to their employees. Employees can make contributions to their 401(k) accounts through automatic payroll withholdings. Additionally, their employers can “match” all or a portion of those contributions.
